The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations and also the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
