2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 27.07.2015 in Case No.V-L-03/2015 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Vaishali.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off

Patna High Court CWJC No.3797 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2017 2/2 with liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
