Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged after recovery of dead body of the son of the informant. Since the petitioner and co-accused were seen on video call alongwith the deceased, they are under suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2021. The coaccused, who was also in the video clip, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
