Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20110 of 2022(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/3 Learned Counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 20367 of 2021, by which the petitioner Nos.2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sirdala P.S. case No.352 of 2019, pending in the court of A.C.J.M. 1st, Nawada and the petitioners were directed to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below within a period of eight weeks and the application for anticipatory bail of petitioner Nos.1 and 5 was dismissed as withdrawn. It is submitted on behalf of the counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner Nos.2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 have furnished bail bond in time, but due to some unavoidable reasons the petitioner No.10, namely, Basanti Devi could not surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below well within time. It is further prayed on behalf of the counsel for the petitioners that further time may be extended so that the petitioner No.10 could surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the

No.20110 of 2022(2) dt.28-04-2022 3/3 learned counsel for the petitioners and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of the petitioner No.10 in the court below is extended for a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same.

The order dated 05.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 20367 of 2021, is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
