Patna High Court CWJC No.19281 of 2016 dt.23-11-2017 2/3 semester-III examination in Diploma in Elementary Education, which was held by the State Council of Education Research and Training, Patna (in short 'the SCERT').

2. It transpires from the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No. 3 that the petitioner's grievance has been redressed and on re-evaluation of the petitioner's answers-sheet, alteration has been decided to be made.

3. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, however, submits that though the marks in the said paper has been revised, but revised result has not been made available.

4. I.A. No. 7927 of 2017 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking amendment in the relief portion for taking consequential action.

5. It has been stated in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the SCERT that the outcome of re-evaluation has been sent to the Bihar School Examination Board (in short 'the Board') and the Board is now required to issue the desired certificate after correction accordingly.

6. Considering the above, this application is disposed of with a direction to all concerned including the Board

Patna High Court CWJC No.19281 of 2016 dt.23-11-2017 3/3 to ensure that necessary certificate(s) is/are issued to the petitioner as soon as possible, if not already issued.

7. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
