Petitioner was apprehended on account of having been in a possession of stolen motorcycle and for that is under custody since 06.10.2017 having clean antecedent as disclosed under para-3 of the instant petition.

Accordingly, SITESH KUMAR OJHA @ DEEKU KUMAR is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, East Champaran in Dumaria Ghat PS Case No. 129/2017.
