JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 Counsel for the petitioner submits that other than the amounts claimed in the writ petition, during pendency of the instant proceedings the petitioner has become entitled to some other dues also on account of illegal deduction made from his honorarium. He submits that he would be making a comprehensive application before the District Magistrate, Katihar, respondent No. 3.
In view of such submission, since the issue has to be considered by respondent No. 3, no useful purpose would be

Petitioner would be at liberty to make a comprehensive claim before respondent No. 3 within a period of two weeks. In the event such an application is made, respondent No. 3 would be obliged to consider the same and dispose it of by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months thereafter. It is made clear that if any dues are found admissible, the same should also be paid within the aforesaid period.
