Since final order of punishment has been passed, which itself is a subject matter of challenge in a service revision, all questions in relation to the initiation of the departmental proceeding, the process followed and the punishment can be subject matter of argument.
It is hoped and expected that the revisional authority will take an early decision on the issue so that a finality can be reached at his level.
No interference is warranted with the impugned order.
