2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 394 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner has fired at the informant but the fire missed the aim. It is further alleged that other accused persons have assaulted.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that only allegation against the petitioner is that he has made a fire which did not hit anybody. He further submits that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 29.01.2026.

5. The application for bail is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the informant and the learned APP for the State. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner is a veteran criminal and he is having criminal antecedent of 20 cases.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall remain physically present on each and every date fixed by the learned trial court and shall mark his weekly attendance at Nawada Muffasil. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Nawada in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S.
