JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Case No. C-2 603 of 2017 registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that 18 litres of Neopali liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner but he has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody since 7.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Shivji Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II -cum- Special Judge (Excise) Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C-2 603 of 2017.
