Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that welfare stamp shall be furnished when Court starts normal function.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection Chainpur P. S. Case No.287 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the I.P.C.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he got appointment on the post of Teacher on the basis of forged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20493 of 2020(2) dt.09-10-2020 2/2 document, but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation, co-accused Vijay Kumar Mishra has already been granted privilege of bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.83506 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and to maintain the parity of justice, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua in connection with Chainpur P. S. Case No.287 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) vikash/- U T
