The petitioner has prayed for cancellation of the bail granted to O.P.nos.2 to 5, vide order dated 2.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29677 of 2018 and the ground for cancellation of the bail is that they had not come with true facts and they suppressed the fact and as such he has prayed for cancellation of their bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and from perusal of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51247 of 2018 (2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 record, it appears that there is no allegation of misuse of the privilege of the bail or tampering with the evidence. In such view of the matter, there is no appropriate ground for cancellation of the bail of O.P.nos. 2 to 5.
