1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For commanding the respondents authorities to remove illegal transferring possession of respondent no.5 (Arjun Singh) whose possession was made on the Khesra No.4561 measuring 9 Dhurs against the norms and guidelines for getting possession and further to consider the case of peaceful possession of petitioner because without giving any information this possession was transferred illegally to Respondent no.5.

ii. For commanding the respondent authorities particularly respondent no.2 for removal and thereof they consider the genuine claim of petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
