2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 223, 27(1), 115(1), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 121(1), 121(2), 132, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant, who is Circle Officer, Baniyapur, constituted a team for removal of encroachment and in this process, while they were present at Chauraha of Paigambarpur Bazar, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner attacked the informant's jeep and his police party, causing thereby obstruction in discharge of their official duties. Petitioner has also got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
