In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the wife of the informant has sold the land and residential house and executed forged and fabricated sale deed in favour of the petitioner after showing informant as dead, being herself and her son as heirs of informant. When the informant tried to find out the reason for such transaction, he received the threat to his life. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the purchaser of the said land and she has no any

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.- IV, Buxar, in connection with Simri P.S.
