The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 27.11.2013 passed in Baisi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2013 by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea whereby and whereunder the learned Magistrate took cognizance of the offence under Section 56 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that on 17.02.2023 a Co-ordinate Bench in Cr. Misc. No. 32703 of 2015 has disposed of the matter with liberty to raise all his grievances at an appropriate stage.
