The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 192,209,420,427,467,468,471 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation disclosed in the FIR arises out of an agreement between the parties. Apparently, this is a matter of civil dispute.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court
