2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rupaspur PS Case No.932 of 2023 dated 22.11.2023, instituted under Sections 306, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner and others is of abetment to commit suicide.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the brother of co-accused, Rani Kumari, who is in judicial custody, and he resides in Samastipur district, whereas, the deceased was staying at Road No.14, Gola Road, Patna, and his sister was staying with her husband at Road No.1, Gola Road, Patna. It is further submitted that the petitioner never met

Nothing has come against the petitioner in the investigation to connect him with the alleged crime. Petitioner has been made accused only because he is the brother of Rani Kumari. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1, Danapur, Patna, in Rupaspur PS Case No.932 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
7. The application stands allowed.
