2. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 420, 385, 504, 509 of the Penal Code, Section 66(A) of the I.T. Act. He is said to have telephonically passed lewd comments to the informant from his mobile.

3. Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 336/13, subject to the
