The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the victim girl has not yet been recovered though the assurance has been made by these petitioners that they will get the girl back soon and son of petitioner No. 1, is also absconding. I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to these petitioners. It is accordingly rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
