Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Bihar Conduct of Examination Act. Allegation is that the petitioner was found copying in the examination hall.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad (Town) Police Station Case No.345 of 2017, subject to the condition that the
