Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to Annexure-9 submits that case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court dated 02.03.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 118 of 2017 and other cases.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the respondents have to examine the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment passed in C.W.J.C. No. 118 of 2017, the respondents may consider the case

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur to examine the case of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court (Annexure-9) mentioned herein above, similar benefit should be extended to this petitioner also within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
