Petitioner seeks bail in GRP (Patna Junction) P.S. Case No.124 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 401/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 137, 147 of the Railway Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested by the police merely on suspicion from the platform. The police after arrest recorded confession of the petitioner. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, who is in custody since 23.04.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.49113 of 2018 (2) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna, in connection with GRP (Patna Junction) P.S.
