The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.173 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner along with other unknown persons is to have snatched mobile of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case, where, petitioner is not named in the FIR. It is submitted that nothing incriminating article has

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

In view of the submissions, as made above, as it appears from paragraph no.25 of case diary that this petitioner is using the stolen mobile and as investigation of this case is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
