JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 54C of 2013 for the offences instituted under Section 467 of the IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the accused persons with common intention of all have fraudulently executed the sale deed of the land of the complainant to others without any right and title.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner no. 1 is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29221 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 aged 71 years. From perusal of the complaint case, it appears that there is land dispute between the parties and the fact of the case relates to civil nature.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 54C of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
