2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, the informant bought a Tata Magic Vehicle and gave Rs.15983 as monthly installment but due to pandemic he could not pay the installment. The petitioner seized his vehicle and demanded Rs.3 lac 81 thousand but when the informant deposited money, he got information that the petitioner sold his vehicle to another person. When the informant met the manager of the finance company, then he explained him that the petitioner and co-accused are not authorized by the company.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has

There is no specific overt act against the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in the present case only because he is the father of co-accused Abhishek Singh and he has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.82605 of 2023. Petitioner has four criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Udwant Nagar (Gajrajganj) P.S. Case No.346 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) shikha/- U T
