The petitioner is accused in connection with Ktoria P.S. Case No. 240 of 2018, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. On the basis of written statement of informant, Rohit Kumar Kashyap, Ktoria P.S. Case No. 240 of 2018 was instituted against unknown.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended by the police, who got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing the involvement in the present case. It is further submitted that

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Banka, in connection with Ktoria P.S.
