The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2081 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the bona fide offer made by the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39194 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 that he is ready and willing to keep the complainant with full dignity and honour and there shall be no recurrence of untoward incident so as to attract the provision of Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Katihar, District - Katihar in connection with Complaint Case No. 2081 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
