Patna High Court CWJC No.17822 of 2016 dt.24-11-2017 2/2 Committee, Dendari, in the district of Begusarai, and she is said to be working at up-graded Middle School, Mohtuddinpur.
2. Under a policy decision of the government, it is mandatory for the Prakhand teachers to pass teachers' efficiency test.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that she had applied for the said examination in 2016, but when she appeared for the examination, no questions were there in the question booklet relating to physical education. She has been declared fail. It is the case of the petitioner that she could answer only such questions which she knew and since no question were there from physical education, she could not perform well. The petitioner seeks a direction for publication of her result.
4. In view of petitioner's own saying, this application is devoid of any merit. She herself states that she could not perform well in the examination. There is no question of publication of her result. No relief(s), as sought in the present writ application, can be granted.
