The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, about 12 quintals of "Mahua Flower" were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 21.09.2017. Case No. 127 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
