The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town S. Tr. No. 328 of 2017-50/17 arising out of Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017 registered under Sections 498A, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Pursuant to the order dated 09.04.2019, a report was called for from the court below regarding present stage of Sessions Trial No. 328/17-50/17.

Perused the report. It is mentioned that the trial may be concluded within eight months.
