The parties are unanimous in their submission that they have compromised the issues and both the parties are residing together as husband and wife and they have no grievance against each other. It is informed that a chargesheet has already been filed in the court below and they would be filing an appropriate application for dropping of the case in view of amicable settlement.
The Writ Application is, thus, not pressed at this stage. The parties are at liberty to take appropriate steps in the court below for early closure of the case in view of the
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1294 of 2016 dt.04-01-2018 compromise, and if such application is filed, the court below shall consider the same in accordance with law and shall pass an appropriate order.
