2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody since 22.03.2016 and has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016 having earlier been rejected by orders dated 29.09.2016 and 08.03.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 41033 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 10313 of 2017, respectively.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the fact that co-accused Nathuni Yadav having been granted bail by this Court is reiterated. It is further submitted that not a single independent witness has supported the prosecution story.

4. This Court is however not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed. The petitioner will however be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Md. Ibrarul/BT (Vikash Jain, J) U T
