This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 37(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 and under Sections 307, 504, 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and the injury report, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29477 of 2021(2) dt.10-12-2021 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge (Excise), Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
