3. The present application has been filed for arrest of nine accused persons who are accused in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 439 of 2021 initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 363/366/354(A)/376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6/8/10 of the POCSO was also added.

4. The Superintendent of Police, Vaishali has appeared virtually and assured this Court that accused persons guilty of committing crime shall be arrested and all possible steps for arresting them are being taken.

5. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of.

6. The accused should be arrested at the earliest.

7. The personal appearance of the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali is dispensed with.
