The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding recovery of stolen motorcycle from the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 13.1.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the

No.19046 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 petitioner upon deposit of a sum of Rs. 10,000/- in the Nazarat of the concerned court and subject to such condition as may be imposed by the learned court of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
