This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are under suspicion to have committed the murder of the father of the informant, for the reason that the petitioners were in the habit of threatening the father of the informant to commit his murder.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing has come during course of investigation. There is only suspicion against the petitioners. Further, similarly situated coaccused Satendra Tiwary has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63093 of 2017 (3) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40407/2017. Learned counsel for the informant, on the other hand, opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the entire facts, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 8th, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Azimabad P.S.
