Having regard to the grievance of the petitioner that her salary has not been paid pursuant to her appointment in the year 2014 and that an instruction was also sought by Block Development Officer vide letter dated 5.4.2014 from the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Gaya, this Court would direct the competent authority to ensure that whatever salary is payable to the petitioner pursuant to the order of appointment and working must be paid to her within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

It, however, goes without saying that if any portion of the salary as claimed by the petitioner is not found payable, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10227 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 competent authority shall assign reason for the same within the same period of four months.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
