Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/ 323/ 504/ 307/ 354/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted by brick upon the head of daughter of the informant, as a result of which, blood started oozing out from her head. Further allegation is against husband of the petitioner of abusing and assaulting the informant and her daughter.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the injury sustained by the informant and

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No.01/2021 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
