JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Five petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Buxar (Industrial ) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014, registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Sri Shailendra Kumar, learned A.P.P. by way of referring to F.I.R. submits that there is specific case against the petitioners.

Besides hearing, I have also perused the F.I.R. I do not consider the case a fit case for extending the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38165 of 2014 (2) dt.27-03-2015 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail.
