Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Desari P.S.Case No.356 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Case is under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and on appearance of the O.P.no.2, the matter was referred to the District Mediation Centre, Hajipur. It appears from the mediation report at flag "M" that the dispute has been resolved between the parties as per the conditions mentioned in the prescribed format though the prescribed format has not been annex with the report., however, submission of the learned counsel for the O.P.no.2 is that the dispute has been resolved on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18038 of 2019(4) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 the condition that the petitioner has to pay a cheque of Rs.4 lac to the O.P.no.2.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender on 16.9.2019 before the learned court below and on that day O.P. no.2 shall also present in the court and on verification from the O.P.no.2 as to the payment of Rs.4 lac and on being satisfied with the same, the petitioner shall be released on bail on bail bond of Rs.25,000/-.
With the above direction, this application is disposed of.
