The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 135 of Electricity Act.

The accusation is of consumption of electric energy unauthorizedly and the loss has been calculated to the tune of Rs.20,947/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner undertakes to deposit Rs.15,000/- within three months before the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31264 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 On deposit of the aforesaid amount i.e. Rs.15000/-, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail for in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The said deposit will be subject to the final assessment or compounding proceeding.
