The petitioners seek bail in Jogbani P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 6.6.2018.

In the written report it is alleged that informant after parking his Motorcycle went to the office of Anurag Trading. The informant heard sound of Chor-Chor and saw that two persons were taking away his Motorcycle. On chase by the informant and his friends, both persons were apprehended. They

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
