The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 353, 147, 148, 149, 435 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations have been leveled against these petitioners only because they have protested against the highhandedness of the government officials, who went to remove the encroachment. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation, let the petitioners above named, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30459 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
