The petitioner seeks bail in Special (N.D.P.S.) Case No. 25 of 2020, arising out of Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 609 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 399 / 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 20 / 22 NDPS Act.

One loaded country-made pistol and one live cartridge has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.12.2020. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Special (N.D.P.S.) Case No. 25 of 2020, arising out of Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 609 of 2020.
