The petitioner is in custody in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 259 of 2017 for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.01.2018. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he has not been put up TIP.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than fifteen months and he has not been put up TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19764 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 259 of 2017.
