This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 11.9.2019, passed in Cr.Misc.No.24953 of 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to communication gap between the petitioner and the office of the learned counsel representing them, petitioners could not surrender before the Court below within the time as directed by this Court vide order dated 11.9.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17635 of 2020(2) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 modification petition is allowed. Petitioners are granted four weeks further time to surrender before the Court below in view of aforesaid order passed in connection with RPF Post Mokama Case No. 4 of 2017.

Order dated 11.9.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.
