JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners, complainant and the State.

The petitioners being family members of the husband of the complainant are apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29719 of 2014 (3) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are separate from the husband of the complainant and the husband of the complainant has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 33132 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 1498C of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
