The petitioner is claiming that he has entered into the agreement with the B.S.F.C. for the financial year 2014-15. As per claim of the petitioner, he is entitled for an amount of Rs. 8,27,846.06/- which the Corporation has not paid to him. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a representation to the Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Patna, Bihar, who will consider the claim of the petitioner and will pay the admitted dues to the petitioner. If the Managing Director will not be agreeable to the claim

Patna High Court CWJC No.17555 of 2016 dt.31-10-2017 of the petitioner, after giving a detailed hearing, will pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

The entire process must be completed within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order.
