The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the order passed by the District Magistrate in Anganwari Appeal Case No.19 of 2018 on 15.07.2019, the process of selection afresh of Anganwari Sevika for Anganwari Centre No.7, Parsauni in the district of Sitamarhi has not yet been completed. The State Counsel submits that as per the last

Patna High Court CWJC No.5739 of 2020(18) dt.14-07-2022 2/2 instruction, the Aam Sabha was fixed on 27.12.2021. Whether the process has completed or not, is not known as in this regard he does not have any current instructions.

Since the grievance now is only for conclusion of the selection process for selecting the Sevika in question and in view of the stand taken by the respondent that it is underway and likely to be finalized soon, application is disposed of.
